We change up our cocktails seasonally partly because it's more fun for all our guests that come multiple times a year, but it's also fun for us!  Plus, it lets us play with seasonal flavors and incorporate different fruits and juices that are in season.  Follow us on Facebook and let us know which one you like the best!

Pomona's Mule

1.5 Oz. Apple Pie Vodka **
4 Oz. Ginger Beer

Add to Collins glass filled with ice and stir!

** Home Infused Apple Pie Vodka
1/2 each: thinly sliced Red Delicious, Granny Smith, Lemon
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 C Vodka

Place all ingredients in mason jar and shake. Infuse for 3-5 days in the refrigerator, shaking several times a day. Strain into clean container and store in refrigerator.

Autumn Gin

1.5 Oz. Gin
1.5 Oz. Apple Cider
.25 Oz. Spiced Syrup**

Add to ice filled shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into coupe glass.

** Homemade Spiced Syrup

1 C. Sugar, 1 C. Water, 4 peppercorns, 2 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 star anise

Add all ingredients to saucepan, heat to low boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Allow to cool, strain into clean container, store in refrierator.
Apple Cider Old Fashioned


1 t. Brown Sugar
3 dashes Bitters
2 Oz. Apple Cider
1.5 Oz. Bourbon


Add first three ingredients to rocks glass and stir until dissolved.  Fill with ice, add Bourbon, and stir to combine.
